Remove bottom hose
The oil drain valve on a 2000 Ford Explorer Sport is located near the rear of the oil pan. The radiator drain petcock is located at the bottom the radiator.
Look on bottom or rear of radiator
The radiator drain plug should be located on the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side. Open that, let the old coolant flow into a drain pan, replace the drain plug once the coolant is out and the radiator is flushed, then fill it up through the radiator cap.
First open up the radiator, then there's a drain plug on the bottom of the radiator. Fill with water and drain until clear. Fill it up and good to go.

open your hood. take off your right side headlight bezel. remove headlight and park/turn signal light. your radiator pepcock will be in plain sight. remove your radiator cap and open your radiator pepcock to drain.
It is a complete pain. There is a plug located underneath the transmission itself that you have to pump ATF through. It is located near, yet higher up from the drain plug on the transmission.
