1. Your video format. Maybe you get videos from camcorders or your friends, including mts, mov, mpeg, etc. But the most popular one must be avi, which is very good to upload and transport.So you need to convert them to avi
2. There're some length and size limitations for YouTube videos. You need to cut off extra parts
3. There're so many videos on YouTube. You have to do some special to draw the eyeballs. Like adding wonderful pip, audios, effects
So, what you need is a program which supports wide formats, and features in many video editing tools including those novel ones, and very easy to use, like ArcSoft ShowBiz 5.
