∙ 11y agoMost Windows 7 computers handle basic video editing and a free application to do so is released by Microsoft in the software package Windows Essentials. Windows Movie Maker.
If you need more advanced editing for a beginner a few good examples is: Pinnalce, Magix, Premiere.
Keep in mind these require more advances hardware.
The editing It's self is different in every software.
