i was recently diagnosed having diverticulitis.the drs told me to avoid foods high in oils and small particles such as corn bread,grapes,apples,chips,nuts,and sunflower seeds.there are many other foods i have yet to know these.i was told to visit my primary care dr. in a few days for a list of all foods and other helpful hints to comtrol attacks and prevent infection.i will repost these as soon as i receive them.
