Secondlife.com It's a lot like IMVU but I don't know how good it is I've never been on it. I do know that it is for ADULTS ONLY.I have a friend who plays it 24/7. They are obviously addicted. But that person is an idiot and he may be sex-crazed.. I don't know. But that is the only thing I know of that is like IMVU. If you're looking for something that is not that realistic.. Try gaiaonline. I play both IMVU and Gaiaonline.com. On gaiaonline you can play games and dress up your character(Which is not very realistic. It's a little cartoon person.) You can roleplay(Most of the time not sexual but some people roleplay with sex over Pms(Private messages.) You earn gaia gold by playing games and posting in the forums or guilds(A place where you roleplay). Or just by browsing the site. Gaiaonline is only for people 13 and older. So they try to keep the site clean and Pg-13. Though that doesn't work gaia moderators still try. But as long as people are sex-chatting in Pms(Private messages like e-mailing), gaia moderators can do nothing about it. There is also a place called Rally in gaiaonline where you can take your little customized car and talk to people in a beta chat. Gaiaonline is very fun but it does get boring sometimes.
