There are three steps.
- First, you have to find the associated parcel in a level of game play. Almost all of them are only available during free play with the use of special characters. When you find the parcel, there is usually a mail box nearby. You need to drop it in the mailbox so it will be delivered to you back at Bartlett College.
- Next, you have to purchase the extra by checking your mail back at Bartlette College. The more useful the extra, the more expensive it will bee.
- Finally, you have to activate the extra in the extra menu. You're extras have to be re-activated every time you play.
