How do you erase a friend on Facebook?

You can remove a friend a few different ways.

1. You can pull down the tab beside "Friends" at the top of the page and go to "All Friends" and look for the persons name you would like to remove and it should say remove as friend beside their name and picture.

2. You can go to their profile and scroll down to the very bottom and it should say remove as friend.

3. go to the top of the page and click the dropdown botton of Account and go to edit friends.

There are probably more ways than this, but one of these should work.

Step 1: Visit this friends Profile

Step 2: Look at the left hand side of the friends Profile

Step 3: Scroll down, until you find 'Remove from friends'

Step 4: Click 'Remove from friends. A pop-up will appear, making sure you want to preform this action, and continue, and now you have removed this person as a friend.

this is how to delete friends on Facebook you go to friends on your facebook and there is an edit button on the top right hand side. You click on that and it will give you all your friends names and the is we x's beside the name of all the peoprele and you can click on the x and it will come up in a box and say remove this person and you would click on that and it would say YES or NO

This is as of December 2010 (you know how Facebook is, stupid updates.).

First, look for the word "Friends" in the upper left hand area.

Click on "Edit Friends."

A list of your friends should appear.

Look for the friend you want to delete.

On the far right, there should be an "X."

Click on it, if you wish to delete that friend.

A box that says "Are you sure you want to remove [name here] as your friend?"

Your choices will be "Remove from friends" or "Cancel."

Go the to the friend profile whom you want to delete from your friend list. On your friend profile you will see a friend tab with a tick sign. Click on it and unfriend it.
