You should consult with an attorney and commence a divorce action. The attorney can review the situation and explain your legal options. If you are married and own the property together your husband may have the legal right to allow a "friend" to stay no matter how crude his behavior may be. You need to get going ASAP and find out what your legal options are in your jurisdiction.

Get a court ordered eviction. She'll be served with an eviction notice stating how long she has until she has to be moved out or they might set a court hearing you'll both have to appear at to hear your case and then she'll be given a date to be moved out and if she's not gone by that date you then will have all rights to change the locks and dispose of her belongings in whatever way you find fit. You can change the locks right now if she doesn't have any mail addressed to her from your home address. The only time you even need a court ordered eviction is if the person has mail personally addressed to them at said address because then that mail proves residency there. If they don't have any mail addressed to them from said address and you don't want them there they are trespassing and can go to jail and even be charged for trespassing, breaking and entry, stalking, or harassment and 2 of those charges just mentioned are actual felony charges and will alter ones life forever if they aren't careful. Whatever the case may be, those are the only 2 ways to deal with someone living in your home you no longer want there.
Change the locks
why would you do that? I mean you COULD but its just not right, especially if shes your girlrfiends, with kids, AND she has nowhere to go.
