Growlithe evolves into Arcanine once you use a Fire Stone item on it and you can find Fire Stones in various ways in Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire you can find them in Route 114, Route 124 and in the Fiery Path and Fire Stones will also be a reward during a Pokémon's Super Training regimen and some of your Secret Pals in one or more of your Super Secret Bases would have a chance of giving you the Fire Stone item.
