∙ 13y agoFirst, make sure you have access to kanto region. Then go to Mt. Moon in kanto. Once there, you have to walk around a bit but after a while, you will meet a clefairy. Throw a Pokeball at it after you battle it down. Ta-Da! A clefairy was caught!

∙ 13y agoOnce you get to mt. moon after 8p.m. they will be out. On monday after 8 if you go to mt. moon square you will hear different music. Go to the pond and you will see clefairy dancing. They will notice you and leave behind a moon stone

You can also get it in the Safari Zone. Walk in the Meadow Zone at night. The Clefairy will be level 17.
If you have unlocked the items to place, place 3 Peak objects in the Meadow Zone. A Clefairy may appear the next time you go there.
