∙ 12y agoIf you mean LORELI not loriel, she is in the Pokemon league, then runs away to four island. You will need a Pokemon with waterfall in the cave on that island. She will be there with two team rocket punks that you have to beat. She will then return to the Pokemon league, reopening it with some newer generation Pokemon and all of them higher levels.

∙ 11y agoLorelei will be in Icefall Cave on Four Island she will be in the upper area which can be only accessed by using the hidden move Waterfall on the waterfall in the cave at the entrance. You can find HM07 which contains Waterfall in Icefall Cave so at least you don't have to go far.

∙ 12y agoAfter the Pokemon league lorelei goes back home to four island. Go there and enter icefall cave. Smash those rockets, and she'll get back to the Pokemon league.
