You can find practice books for the SAT exam at your local bookstore. You can also find them at your local library for free or from an SAT preparation course, available at your high school.

You can find an SAT tutor at a lot of different places online. I would recommend finding an SAT tutor at SAT Tutor (see Related Links, below) if you want to find someone near you. That's who I used, and my son improved his score by a lot when he took it a second time.
The CollegeBoard website has some free SAT practice Questions you can try. ProProfs offers some SAT Practice Exams that you may find helpful in addition to the resources available on CollegeBoard.
