It has no distributor cap. Engine is equipped with coil packs. http://autorepair.about.com/library/firing_orders/bl-fo-10286.htm Additional info: The "Crank Sensor" tells the System when to fire a cylinder, the starting sequence for the "Firing Order" is provided by the "Cam Sensor". If the "Cam Sensor is not installed properly the car probably will not start or run (except if it installed 180 degrees out). But, if it is installed 180 degrees out the "Wrong" fuel injector will fire and the engine will run rough, since the main function of the Cam Sensor is to determine fuel injector firing order. I'll have to watch the movie again, but online pictures I've seen of it make me believe it is basically a 1972 Buick Riviera that has been customized. The front fenders appear to be from a '72 Buick Riviera, the grill looks '72 Riviera, basic shape of the front end looks '72 Riviera.A view of the rear half of the car would be most telling. Not being able to find a full side shot online, this is a best guess, but it is definitely early '70's General Motors, likely in the Buick bloodline.
