It is important to know the layout of an owned car. The fuses and horn relay are located in the fuse box, that is under the hood.
Check all your fuses inside the car. The horn fuse is usually labeled.

I looked forever for that. It is on the passenger side under the side kick plate. Pull the cover off and you will find it there. Good Luck

It is in the intake air horn from the air filter to the throttle plate.
you have a fuse panel somewhere around the driver's legs. Open the panel to find all of the fuses. There will be a legend (most likely on the plastic cover) that will let you know which is which. Remember when replacing to get the right amp fuses.
