i am sorry to tell you this but if it is a Chinese scooter, it is going to be hard to find an owners manual. it also depends on were you bought it. if you bought it from a store that you can contact, then you can easily ask them for one but if you bought it on line and can not contact them, it is nearly impossible. if you bought from a store o line that you can contact, you could ask them to find it for you.

There are may scooter repair manuals for download online. The best thing to do would be to narrow the search down to the scooters engine size, make and model and go from there.

Usually imprinted on the engine cylinder head. Alternatively the vehicle identification plate (has VIN number, manufacturer, etc.) will have it. On a scooter you'll likely have to take part of the seat off and peer inside to find both.

I finally found the serial # on my 1986 elite scooter. It is ;ocated on the frame down tube, just behind the front wheel
Look on the back for manufacturer's serial number and model number.
