What you want to do is grab a small sheet of foil which will cover the stem. When the stem is covered, use your finger to push the foil in and make a semi circle shape. When this is done you an elastic band and tighten the foil to the stem to keep it in place. Next you will want to use a pin or toothpick and pepper the foil with small little holes. around 4 or 5 will be fine.. make sure the holes are not too big or too small.There you have it, a cone piece worthy of a king!
