Depending on the model, There are shops around the country that repair air guns for a living. Do a search on the web for "Air gun Repair" and locate a shop near you to have it repaired.

No it won't fire, Co2 is the power source that power the gun.
Co2 comes out of a bb gun because of the compressed co2 cartridges that are used to propel the bb itself. Additionally, the bb gun that does not use co2 cartridges just doesnt shoot out co2, but air in general.

yes, any gun that can shoot CO2 can shoot N2, but not always the other way around.
It just depends on the tank size, temperature, gun efficiency and how much you shoot.
without CO2 or paintballs, you just put the bolt forward. In most guns this is how you de-cock after a day of play, but if you have a regulator, it may store a single shot. If you fire without co2, the gun will not cycle or fire a paintball, it will only go into the barrel. If you fire with no paintballs and co2, you may damage your gun.
