Oregano is very strong and difficult to remediate. The most common solution to over-herbing is to balance with parsley, a vey mild herb. Place about 3 times the amount of parsley as oregano in an herb bag and simmer in your sauce for about 15 minutes. Then you can remove the bag and your sauce will not be clogged with leaves.

put twice the amount of parsley in a cooking cloth ( cheese cloth ) or something like that simmer for 15 minutes then remove bag.. the bag keeps you from having too much leaf spice in your stew/soup. good luck

Try thinning out the soup with chicken or vegetable stock. You might also have to add a sweet element to the soup if the excess tomato has turned it more sour-tasting; perhaps some sauteed onions and carrots. Some extra hot spice might help, too, like red chili flakes. You could also try adding some pasta to the soup. The pasta should complement the tomato flavor. Your last resort is to scale up the entire recipe by adding enough of all the other non-tomato ingredients to meet the proportions of the original recipe.

Eet it

Throw it out and buy/make some more. Sadly, there isn't a way to uncook or unburn things.

Depending on what you are cooking you could add garlic, onion, shallot, and/or herbs to add another flavor. You could also add butter, milk, or cream if your recipe will allow.
