daewoo nubira does not run a heater tap ,its ahs coolant flowing through the heater core and is directed by a flap to hot or cold
I found mine through the inspection flap behind the driver's side wheel, hanging by the frame.
sounds like the cable from the knob is streached/broken or flap has stuck closed

me heater has been acting up in the extreme cold lately and i have to "jump start it lol" by turning it on then flipping the indoor outdoor control a few times and then it kicks in... i assume the flap is messed up
