wash face with ice cold water dab your eyes with your hands or wash cloth do it for a few times and dab under your eyes a few times too. your eyes will retract and the puffyness will eventully go down in like 10-15mins and if anyone asks you just got done washing your face and if they say "well your eyes are red like you've been crying." "then say well i know they'll red i got soap in my eyes and it burned duh!"

place one or two spoons in the freezer, to quickly make them cold, after a coupe of minutes take them out of the freezer and put them over your eyes, for a couple of minutes..take them off and the puffy redness shouldn't be there as much.
cucumbers are also an easy way to get rid of puffy eyes, take a cucumber and slice it nicely into coins, then take two and put them over your eyes, lie down and relax while the cucumbers reduce the redness and puffiness in your eyes.
