More information: It is an inflatable pool seat, the join between the base of the seat and the base semi-ring thing has ripped completely off. I would like to know the best way to try and rejoin the two pieces.

(If you can't imagine the shapemcorrectly, it's a bit like a rounded A, with the bar being the seat to sit on)
