Unplug it and then plug it back in and press eject that often releases the disc

You don't fix a game disc that is scratched you replace it
After fuse was removed to see if blown when put back was where cd player said no disc. Before that it said disc error because it would't change cds.
you go to a game shop near you and the should have a disc repair machine to fix the disc this should only cost round about 2-3 pounds.

One of the best ways to fix a scratched disc is to buy a repair kit.
If it only does that for a certain disc, then the disc is probably damaged and needs to be replaced. If this happens for all discs, then there is a problem with your disc reader. If that is the case, contact Nintendo and see if they can fix your wii.
Software will not fix an unreadable disc because it is scratched. PS2 game Discs are not rewriteable and can not be changed so there would be nothing for the software to fix on the disc unless it was a bootleg copy
