To fix the clock, find the calf for the cowgirl in Rock Ridge, and she will give you an old saddle. Go to the Trading Post in Dusty Gulch and swap it for an oil can. Go to Diamond Plains and climb up inside the clock tower to the clock. You have only enough oil to oil the CENTER set of gears. Click on each one until it is shiny, then press "turn gears" to restart the clock.
