The "electric conduit" game is a revised (easier) version of the Steam Vent game from Steamworks Island. When you click on a square within the circuit, it rotates. Turn it so that it connects to the one before it, allowing the electricity to "flow" through them. You can't go through the "dead end" squares, so you have to go around them. You must work fast to reach the end of the circuit where it goes to the next of the 4 boards.

Tokyo Game Show was created in 1996.
You don't. The robot on Main Street is watching for the inventor, and the one in Tokyo suggests how you can get into the game there.

There is only Game Show Island, but the island does have to do with robots.
You have to beat all 5 game shows, then return to Main Street to find Holmes. Except for the Tokyo game, you are returned to the street to take your jet to the next place. On Mr. Yoshi's show, click the background after you have won the show. (see related question)

First you put the blocks in order. Then you crack the egg. Finally, knock down the bowling pin.
In the Tokyo game show Mr. Yoshi's Super Terrific Game show! you dress up in wacky costumes like a baby, and you have to put blocks into a certain order, spelling YOSHI. Then, you have to dress like a chicken and hatch from a egg, (hatching is the process when you click raipidly.) Finally, you dress up like a bowling ball and bump into robot, running life size bowling pins. Do these quickly!
The villain on Game Show Island is Holmes, the original smart robot.
