First, take the car for a wheel alignment. Then remove the horn pad, unbolt the steering wheel, turn the wheel around and bolt it back on.
Steering wheel was installed upside down or the steering wheel is turned 180 degrees.

What aspect of the steering wheel/system? If you just want to raise or lower the steering wheel, there should be a handle on the left side of the steering column about halfway between the back of the steering wheel and the dashboard. Just push the handle down to unlock and adjust the steering wheel and up to re-lock it once it's in the desired position...
Sounds like a bad wheel bearing and or a bad half shaft CV joint. Have it checked out immediately, you don't want to lose your steering while driving down the road!
Follow the lower rad hose,to the themostat housing. If you have power steering you need to drop the power steering pump down.
