Its probably the vehicle speed sensor located on the transmission. Mine had that problem
I have the same problem with my 1998 Kia Sephia and it is most likely the "sending unit" which is probably located in the gas tank. Could also be a short in a wire. When I fix mine I will re-post.

you probably need to clean and re-grease the window motor
If they are not opening from the inside or from the outside, a specialist is needed. If they are opening from one side or the other, it could be as simple as a spring needed in the door handle.

You can change the fuel filter and that might do it. If it doesn't it can get quite complicated. Take it to a good mechanic. Also, try replacing or cleaning the spark plugs, distributor cap, and wires attached to the spark plugs. I had the same problem with my Sephia. A little tune-up should fix it nicely.
It is the CV joint within the axle. I would replace it with the entire axle assembly.To save money I would buy a good used axle then bring it to a local garage.
