How do you play 2 players on red dead redemption on xbox 360?

You can either make 2 accounts, I recommend using the xbox live family account as it is cheapest, or you can play with one xbox live player and a guest account. The only problem with this is that the guest cannot talk, only the actual xobox live account user.

First in the main menu,choose between Campaign or Keys to the City then choose co-op "cooperative"....

Depends on what game you are playing. Look at the back of what ever game you want to play and it will say local coop in orange.
