∙ 14y agoYou need to get the HM Defog. (its a flying type move, so teach it to a bird pokemon.) To get that HM, go to the great marsh safari game in pastoria city, as soon as you get in, go left and talk to the boy. He will say he has 2, and give you the extra.

∙ 14y agoIt's called Defog, and you get it by going to the bottom of Solaceon Ruins, and picking up the items. To work it out of battle, you must have the Fen Badge from Wake in Pastoria City.
