To get Mario Kart 64, go to the Wii Menu and click the Wii Shop Channel. Click on the section in the mid-bottom part of the screen that shows how many Wii points you have. Redeem a Wii Point Card (sold at retail stores like GameStop) or use a credit card and get at least 1000 Wii points ($10 USD). If you already have at least 1000 wii points, then skip this step. Click Virtual Console and search for Mario Kart 64. When you find it, click it and you can download it. Once you've downloaded it, it will appear as a channel on your Wii Menu. Then just click it and play. You have to use the Classic Controller attachment for the Wii remote, but you might be able to use a GameCube controller.
