Well You Have to Go to The Kanto Reigon Go To Cerulean city The go on the Bike path (The Gold One Above Cerulean City) keep Going Up And Go to the Big Path Of Green Grass Use surf Go Down then Go <-- to a cave entrance use flash and then go through a path
