- Get it as a random drop from the item drop system.
- Craft it using a Engineer Class Token, a Secondary Slot Token and a scrap metal.
- Purchase it in the Mann Co. Store for $0.49.
- Unlock 17 (out of 35) achievements in the Engineer Pack. (This will not become 'tradeable').

When you reach the rank Colonel, once you set up a sentry gun, you will have double ammo for the sentry gun, and you can reload it faster.
