How do you get Zchievements when I cant earn any by playing the games My wife was the first one too start on Zwinky she started playing the games now I can't earn any Zchievemnts because of this?

this has happened to me before, and the only thing that gave me the zchievements and the money that i earned was to go into another room in zwinktopia. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK.... the only advice i have for you is to make a new zwinky account.
