Ok, theres a cheat. Here's the steps!
Steps
1) Press ctrl,shift,c
2) A box will open at the top.(box only opens during play and view of neighborhood)
3) In the box, type in " boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true " use the same spaces as this
4) Press enter
5) The box will close
6) Hold down shift, then click on your sim
7) Some options will show up, click the option that says Spawn...
8) More options will come up in Spawn... click on the option named " Tombstone of L and D "
9) A Tombstone will appear
10) Click on the tombstone, options will come up
11) One option will be called, Make Me Alien Pregnant
12)Click that
13) This will make your sim pregnant
14) If you want to Speed up the pregnancy, click on the tombstone once more, and click Speed Up My Pregnancy
15) This will speed up the sims pregnancy
16) If you want twins, then click on the tombstone again, and click Force Twins (or you can type in the cheat box " Force Twins "

To have sex just make sure your your sims well love each other, have a good mood and then do this with the the sim you are playing as highlight the bed and press relax but don,t press read then select the other sim by pressing circle then get that sim in the bed there will then be an icon saying WOO HOO and TRY FOR A BABY if you want to get the female sim PREGNANT press try for a baby or if you just want to woo hoo press woo hoo if you clicked on try for a baby you will hear a lullaby sound which means your female sim is pregnant!
