You can copy it onto a removable media, such as a floppy disk, a CD or a memory stick.

If the computers are networked, and you have permissions, and the files are made 'shared'. You can navigate to the file location on the other computer, click and drag.

if you're asking like how to do it, there are various ways, you can simply email someone a file, there is a program from Microsoft called sky Drive where you can put files online, send someone a link, then they go online to it and retrieve the file.

Make sure both computers are on the same network and using the same domain name. You can check the domain in the control panel, system, computer name.

On the computer you want to copy/move the file from, make the folder 'shared'.

Use a right click on the folder and select 'properties', alter the shared selection. The folder should now have a blue hand under it's icon.

On the other computer you can now go into 'My Network places', if there is no shortcut on your desk top, there should be a link when you open the 'start' menu, (icon bottom left)

In network places, the other computer should show up and the folders available on there. Navigate to the file you want. You can now right click on it and copy or move as required, pasting onto the computer you want.

Either that or you can open another window on the control computer and use 'click & drag', to slide the file to where you want it.
