Pray. I'm being honest. If half of these business owners would not base hiring off such silly things they might get somewhere. If a person works different jobs throughout their life that could just mean they are capable of doing more than one thing rather than being judged as,unstable. There is no such thing as stability in a world that moves according to the times. In that case everything and everyone would never change.

Usually, when you apply for a job the prospective employer will ask you to write down your work history. He needs to know this information to determine if you are qualified and/or experienced for the job he needs to fill. Also, if you lie about your work history, it is grounds for termination.

When a person is looking for a job, they should look for jobs that they would excel in. This means looking for job where their skills, including educational and previous work history will match the job requirements.
