If the stone is in your kidney there is nothing you can do on your own. You need help of a doctor. If the stone is too big to move through the urethra you need the doctor to blow it up into little pieces. They do that by laser. Then you have to stay at the hospital and they filter your urine until they see it come out.
If it´s in the bladder all you can do is drink so you urinate.
