You need a female Marshtomp or Swampert.Put it in Day-Care with a Male Pokemon of the same egg group. You will get a Mudkip Egg.

I don't remember getting a mudkip egg in Pokemon Diamond but there is an alternate way I guess. Transfer Mudkip (or its other evolutions) from your GBA games to Diamond using Pal Park. Put the Mudkip (or its other evolutions) into the daycare center with a Ditto or its other compatible matches. Walk for a while (use a bike, its faster) and if you go back the daycare person will say they left an egg. Take the egg and after you have walked a few thousand steps, WAZAM, you have a hatched mudkip.
yes it will be a baby mudkip
In Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, there is only one possible way for another trainer to have a Mudkip. In the beginning of the game, you have the option to choose one starter Pokemon. If you choose Torchic, your rival will choose Mudkip. Your rival will always take the Pokemon that is elementally superior to yours. You choose Treecko - They choose Torchic You choose Mudkip - They choose Treecko You choose Torchic - They choose Mudkip
Nobody.
Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip.
For Ruby, Mudkip. For Sapphire, Treecko. For emerald I do not know
you have to get it as a starter to get it
get it to the daycare with a ditto. they get busy and make a mudkip egg
no but you beat the game you may migrate a mudkip from Pokemon emerald version /leafgreen/firered/Sapphire/and rubie.
Treeko, Torchic, and Mudkip. My suggestion is that you choose Mudkip as your starter pokemon.
you must trade mudkip from another Pokemon emerald, Sapphire, or ruby
if you have saphire, ruby, or emerald start over on that game then pick mudkip and migrate him
Pick mudkip
