Ok, so I'm guessing you've gotten the meter all the way down to when it says "The door to it's heart is nearly open, open the final lock!" or something like that. Here's what you do, go to the green village (Or what it's name is) to the north and go to the right. You will soon see a way to go down and through a tunnel. Go through and you will find yourself in a shrine to Celebi. Go forward to the relic in the middle of the shrine, if it glows green, it means you have a Pokemon that can open it's heart. So press A and pick which Pokemon you want to open it's heart, repeat as you wish.
