It is in the mall or in some stores but if you want to like for sure find it or you in a hurry just fly to the mall but if you cant fly walk if its far just run or just go to a close store not all stores have The Clefairy doll and they are not fake Pokemon they are Clefairy doll's you use them to distract the Pokemon
