You can't get tododile in diamond you can get it by action replay only or trade from heart gold/soul silver If you were wanting to trade it to your Diamond. You can't if it's on a Poke GBA game or on GameCube. You might be able to if it's on that new Pokemon game for the Wii. But I don't think you can catch one on Diamond or Pearl.
