You can easily remove you own videos on YouTube, but if it is someone else's video, you can't do that if you don't have the ownership rights for the video. You can flag it, however, but only if it is inappropriate.
if its your video then click my videos tick the box next to the right video then click remove.
if it is some one elses videos then try emailing YouTube or message the owner
contact the youtube sit creators and they should remove the unwanted video
If there is paint in a video of yours that you would like to remove, you'd have to edit your video using a proper movie editing software. The YouTube editor is unable to remove most imperfections from a video for you.

yes. you can do so by going to your videos list. and clicking remove video.

You will be able to see videos that are recommended to you after a video ends, or by looking at the right side section of a video page. To have recommended videos appear though, you must enable your search history and your watch history.
To be honest.. Your best bet is to watch a Youtube video..
