well you can either use an action replay max which when you turn your game on you can select all dogs and all dogs etc. OR you can just build up your trainer points the more you get the more you will unlock.

∙ 12y agoYou need to earn loads of trainer points. You can do this by entering contests and making friends with other dogs on walks. Go on balk mode with a friend who has a dog breed that you don't and you should unlock that breed. If you want to unlock a Jack Russell Terrier you need to find the jack russell book on a walk.
