How can you get all 3 starters on Pokemon FireRed without trading?

You can not. you may be able to with gts or with another ds and game, but this method is not good for happiness Pokemon because it requires trading from one game (and ds) to the other.

there is a glitch to get all the starters here is how you do it.

first start a game and get to at least the first Pokemon center you can be anywhere though so no need to restart if you already have a game going. next start a new game picking a starter that you want then go until you have beaten your rival and receive the pokeballs next you catch a Pokemon doesnt matter which. finally you go to a PC and put your starter into the PC switch boxes from box one to box 2 when it is saving turn the gameboy off turn it back on and load your original file check your PC and the starter from the other game should be there you can do this as much as you want. Good luck :) i have only tried this with crystal version so i cant say for sure if it will work on any other version
