it is when the trees in you lunges star swelling and inflating so not that much oxygen gos through, so you get shortness of breath. you can get ashma if one of your parents had it . ashma usually runs in the family. like i got ashma because my mom had it. usually ashma will com in until your 11 or 12 years old. i was 12 when i got my ashma. if you got ashma got to the doctor to get prescription for an inhaler.ashma is when you dont have enought oxygen in you.

∙ 15y agoIt is usually commonly found in people whose households have smokers in them, or if you always pass a various stranger and their smoking that could be the problem.
I'am not sure of anyway else it can be developed.

∙ 12y agoyou can get Asthma by staying in the cold or you could be born with it.for a fact i am born with asthma, and you could have trouble breathing because the tracea can get swollen if i'm right i think.

∙ 14y agoYou may be having an ashma attack if you feel dissy; drowsy, if you are coughing, sneezing, stuffy, your throat is sore, you dont feel like talking, your sleepy, your wheezing, or if it is hard for you to breath. if you think you or a loved one is having one, immediatly call the abulance or go to a doctor/ hospital.

∙ 13y agoAsthma can be prevented by using an inhaler. If you cannot afford that, the best thing to do is to take a hot shower or bath and simply bask in the steam. The steam helps loosen up the gunk in your lungs so you can breathe easier. Not eating dairy or sugar helps very much as well. My sister has trouble and I have found these things help her most.
