Depends on what needs to be washed out of it. usually dishwashing liquid and hot water works I walked in my room to realize that my dog had decided to nibble on my barbie's hair. I knew I shouldn't wash it heavily, or with any soap, because that would ruin the nylon hair, so i took a wet-damp piece of toilet paper and gently swiped it over her hair, and it worked fine.
Just pour clean warm water into a small plastic container to fill it up ¼ of the way full. Then just add a mild bleach free dish soap or Woolite to the container to make the water sudsy. Place an article of the clothing into the container and affix the lid. Then gently shake the container to agitate the clothing in the water. Shake the container back and forth and up and down for 30 seconds. Remove the clothing and rinse it under warm running water to remove any residual soap. And lastly press the clothing gently with your hands to expel any excess water. Lay the clothing on a clean dry towel to air dry.
1. Wet the barbie dolls hair with warm or slightly hot water
2. Apply, and lather in a mild shampoo or hand soap in her hair for about 40 seconds
3. Rinse the dolls hair under warm or slightly hot running water.
If your doll has very dry hair generously apply a good conditioner on her hair after shampooing and rinsing it. Simply apply a good amount of conditioner on her hair, be sure to spread it out in all areas and parts of her hair. Leave it in for 2 minutes and then rinse the barbie dolls hair with cool water. Then dry her hair completely with a towel. Brush it out with a comb or hairbrush and style!
The conditioner will make the dolls hair silky soft and smooth!
You can wash your dolls hair like you wash your hair. Wash it. Put soap. Wash again. Then brush. Then you just leave it ouside until it dries.
take really good care of it and get a special brush for barbies. their hair is made of REALLY thin plastic, so if you use a regualr brush you will stretch it out and the hair will look weird.
first use shampoo then condition then rinse

Yes, but don't get it in there head or it will rot
NO! this will ruin your dolls hair if you really have to send her to the doll hospital where they can take care of her hair and she will be as good as new
Dolls hair can't grow.
You could brush it with a soft newborn baby hair brush to keep it knot free but don't wash it because that might damage it.
No it will destroy the dolls hair, maybe make it fall out
A dolls hair does not grow because it is plastic. If you are a scientist and bring it to life then maybe.
then why do u wash your hair?
