Wash thoroughly so the bleach doesn't further to damage the clothing. But bleach is a corrosive, so the damage already done is permanent.

You can color it in with a matching Sharpie pen, but that spot is already weakened. Long before the rest of the item wears out, the bleached spots will become holes.
