You have to be on a certain level to do this but here goes, long way: you can buy a moozipan and a milking shed from willy the builder's shop and feed the moozipan a sunflower head, and take it to the milking shed milk will pop out and you can call on Bart the exchange man to turn it into cheese, or the short way: buy milk from costolot's store and call on Bart the exchange man.
