all depends what and why you are being tested for an employer can ask for whatever one they want for hair test the only thing I have heard of is taking apple cider vinegar tablets for months before the test the shampoos and all the other stuff at your local head shop won't work I tried the shampoo and failed miserably. For urine the head shops should have something called absolut detox it looks like a bottle of Gatorade follow the instructions and you should'nt have a problem for THC I tried and I passed
