Assuming you are talking about urine test. Drug metabolites are held by your fatty tissues. So speed up the process to get this out of your system: exercise, exercise, exercise and sweat it out. Drink plenty of fluids. Also I suggest taken a daily vitamins and allot red meat (helps for creatine level) and a high fiber diet .
But testing positive for drug depending also on your BMI, metabalism, type of drug , etc..... Everyone is different so buy a few home drug test kits and start testing yourself.
