Ecstasy can be tough to get out of your system. Different pills contain different chemicals so you can't really pin point what you are trying to flush out. Ecstasy is not as dangerous as you are lead to believe, but it is still extremely dangerous. contrary to what the DEA would have you think, and ultimately has the majority of America thinking. Those brain images showing "damage" are actually showing altered seratonin levels, which control sleep mood hunger etc., ecstacy TEMPORARILY modifies those levels to bring down your "need" for sleep and food and brings your mood up to a point of complete euphoria beyond that capable of any experience in life that occurs sober. Those levels return 100% to normal within the timeframe of about 2-3 months, even for frequent/regular users.

That being said ecstasy leaves your system within 72 hours, you CAN speed it up by drinking more water than usual, as the more water you drink the faster your metabolism will remove it from your system, increasing the rate of half-life purification of the substance in your body. Be careful if you'll be drinking lots of water though, not only can it be dangerous if you drink too much but if your urine is clear they may make you take a hair test, which can show months of drug history. If your urine is clear and they only reschedule you for another urinalysis you'll be fine because you'll definitely be past the 72 hours required.

If you are asking if you can get rid of it out of your system in a day?

Then drink cranberry juice and take sugar pills but it doesnt stay in your system that long maybe 3-7 days so pee alot theres not much else you can do.

If your asking how to just get rid of it so you dont have it anymore?

Then either take it or if you dont want to take it then sell it and make some profit off of it, or if you feel that youd rather not give people drugs then flush it down the toilet as much as id hate to see a waste of it but its up to you really.

Stay hydrated. Make sure that you are eating healthy. Some people say that taking 5-HTP helps.
